It is not possible for anyone within the Portal support team to obtain your existing password as it will be encrypted, and therefore if you have forgotten your password, please go through the process outlined here.

This page starts the process of changing your password in the event that you have forgotten your password or your account has lapsed.

Please enter your email adress, and if it is registered on the system, an email will be sent to you with a validation link. The validation link will take you to the page that allows you to change your password.

If you start the process of changing your password but then remember your current password, simply ignore the email sent to you and log into the Portal.
